Who pays for your training
Tuition is only half the question; the other half is who pays it. Elite is a BPPE-approved college and an approved training provider, so eligible students routinely fund courses through WIOA, EDD California Training Benefits or a CalJOBS ITA from the ETPL. Our financial aid page walks through which route fits your situation. Full course details are at the Los Angeles training center, and the core program is the microblading certification course.
