From a PMU school in 1990s Iran to Los Angeles in 2006, Mahnaz built Elite into LA’s renowned PMU studio and the first training center licensed by California BPPE. She specializes in Corrective Pigment Camouflage and mentors artists from beginner to advanced levels.
