How Much Is Microblading Training?

Ok, so you want to get trained in microblading. The first thing you should know is that it is not easy to become a microblading artist making a multi-six figure salary on your own schedule. It is going to take some grit and hard work for you to launch your successful business. I say this not to scare you, but to know what you are getting yourself into.

The price of microblading training will depend on a variety of factors such as location, length, and what is included in the course. That being said, getting trained in microblading will cost you anywhere from $2,500 to $3,000. Our training, microblading and shading training, is $3,000. Our training is 5 days and we provide our students with their first client, a fully stocked kit good for 10 clients, and 3 months of free salon rental where they can bring clients in and jump start their microblading business.

Before choosing a microblading academy, it is very important to factor in the costs of a salon rental once you finish the course. Salon rentals in Los Angeles can range anywhere from $90-$150 per day depending on the location, so 3 months of salon rental is going to be about $10,000. So if you train with a school for $2,000 and they don’t have a salon rental program, you really are going to be paying $12,000 for the first 3 months of your microblading business. Our class is $3,000 but we give our students 3 months of a free salon rental, which is really saving them $10,000 during the first couple months into starting their microblading business.

Now let’s talk about how much $$ you will make. This is where you must deploy patience and humility because it will be very beneficial for you to do a couple of clients for free in order to build up your portfolio. Once you do that, you will then start charging $100-$200 per client. Until you have 20-25 clients in a portfolio on your website (Get A Professional Website), you can then start charging $200-$450 per client. When you take a look at our prices ($500-$700), you will assume that this is what you are going to charge once you finish your course. It took as many years to build up the portfolio and clientele where we could then start charging $700. I wish you all the best when choosing an academy and wish nothing but success to you all!
