Mahnaz Bahaelou

Mahnaz Bahaelou has been in business as a permanent makeup artist for over 20 years. She started Elite out of her apartment in the late 90s and has since taken the company to where it is today. Elite Permanent Makeup is now the premier PMU studio in Los Angeles and the first PMU training center to be licensed by the California BPPE. Mahnaz has built a name for herself and Elite by providing exemplary customer service and developing personal relationships with clients. She specializes in Corrective Pigment Camouflage (CPC) and also teaches permanent makeup artists from beginner to advanced. When she’s not at Elite, you can find Mahnaz shopping on Rodeo Drive and spending time with her two sons.
